03 — How does NORBU coordinate access?
Clients are scheduled at a participating clinic near them. Transportation and language support can be arranged where available.
Independent licensed clinicians determine diagnosis, medical necessity, treatment, testing, referrals and procedures. NORBU coordinates access and operations — it does not make clinical decisions.
